A four year old boys is inspired by the generous people at Marvel Comics, who on hearing about his reluctance to wear his hearing aid, created a comic character called Blue Ear. Operation Smile - Creating a Smile on a Young Girl's Face

This video was shared on Twitter by a lovely friend who, like me, was moved by the moving reaction of a young Brazilian girl after a cleft palate operation.
